  •  2 bread slices
  •  Slices of boiled potatoes
  •  A slice of tomato
  •  Onion slices
  •  Slice of cucumber
  •  Slices of boiled beetroot
  •  green sauce
  •  Sandwich seasoning
  •  Butter

 First cut the edges of the bread slices.

 Now spread butter and green chutney on both bread slices.

 Place a slice of cucumber and a slice of tomato on a bread slice.  Sprinkle some sandwich seasoning.

 Now add onion slices, beetroot slices and potato slices.  Sprinkle some sandwich seasoning over the vegetable slices again.

 Close the sandwich by placing the second bread on top of the first bread and toast it well.  Butter both sides of the sandwich while toasting.

 Cut the sandwich and spread butter on it and also some green sauce.  Mumbai Toast Sandwich is ready.

How to make Masala Pav

 material

 

 • 8 Nos. Pav
 • 2 tablespoons of butter
 • 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp cumin seeds
 • 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
 • 2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger
 • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
 • Finely chopped green chillies
 • Finely chopped tomatoes
 • Capsicum, salt to taste
 • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
 • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
 • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
 • Sweet neem leaves

 For this, heat a pan, add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp oil and stir.  When the oil and butter are well mixed, add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and fry.

 Now add ginger and garlic in a pan and saute.  When the garlic turns light brown in color, add onions and green chillies to the pan and fry lightly.

 After this add tomatoes to the pan and add salt, red chillies, turmeric and pavbhaji masala and stir everything well.  Now put capsicum and sweet neem leaves in a pan and add some water on top and saute the spices well.  Once the masala is ready, cut the pav in half.

 Stuff the prepared masala inside the pav like stuffing and apply butter on the pav with the help of a brush.  Finally, place the pav in the oven at 180c for 8 to 10 minutes.

 After the stipulated time, your tasty masala pav will be ready.
