A whole wheat flour crispy snack

Wheat flour - 1 cup

Boiled potatoes - 3

Green Chillies – 2

Tomato - 1

Onion - 1

Cumin - 1/2 tsp

Garam masala - 1/2 tsp

Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste

Crispy wheat flour snack 


First put wheat flour in a big pot, then add water little by little to make a soft dough. 


After this, keep the dough covered for 5 minutes so that the dough rises and sets. 


Now mash the boiled potatoes in a pot for the filling. 


Then add finely chopped green chillies, chopped tomatoes, onion, cumin seeds, garam masala powder, chaat masala powder, salt to taste and some finely chopped green coriander and mix everything well. Potato stuffing is ready.

Now prepare the batter by adding three spoons of wheat flour, one spoon of white sesame seeds, half spoon of crushed dry red chillies, salt to taste, some finely chopped green coriander and about half a cup of water in a bowl. Make a slightly thick batter like this.


After about 5 minutes knead the dough once again and make it soft and then roll out bowl size puris. 


Now spread some potato stuffing on the puri, then take it in your hands and fold it in the same way as making a ghoogra and make a breakfast in a ghoogra shape. 


Now heat oil in a pan to fry the snacks. 


After the oil is hot enough, first dip the snack in the flour batter, then take it out of the batter and drop the snack in the oil in the pan. 


Then flip the snack over medium heat and fry until golden on both sides. 


Take out the fried snacks in a plate and fry all the snacks in the same way. 


Crispy wheat flour breakfast is ready. Serve with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
