An easy way to make a Chinese Bhel that's cool and delicious

Many people are fond of Chinese food, which has many dishes in Chinese, but many people are more interested when the mere name of Chinese comes.  Right now we are making a Chinese dish which people will enjoy a lot.  We will make a dish about Chinese bher which is very tasty and easy to eat.

material 


 Boiled noodles - 100 grams
 Carrot - 1 (cut lengthwise)
 Capsicum – 1 (sliced lengthwise)
 Cabbage – 1 cup (cut lengthwise)
 Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
 Oil - 1 tbsp
 Green coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
 Green Chillies – 2 (finely chopped)
 Chaat masala - 1/2 tsp
 Salt - 1/2 tsp
 Oil - for frying


How to make a Chinese bhel


 Heat enough water in a pot so that the noodles can easily submerge.  Add 2 teaspoons of salt and 1-2 teaspoons of oil to the water.  After the water boils, put the noodles into the boiling water and after it boils again, boil for 9-10 minutes until the noodles are soft.  Drain the excess water from the boiled noodles and rinse with cold water.  Separate the boiled noodles slightly and let them cool.

Fry the noodles


 Heat oil in a pan.  There should be very hot oil and gas flame for frying the noodles


 should be kept high.  Fry some noodles in hot oil.  When the noodles turn light golden brown,


 Then remove it to a plate and prepare the rest of the noodles by frying them in the same way.



Fry the vegetables


 To make bhel, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.  When the oil heats up, add finely chopped green chillies.  Once the chillies are lightly roasted, add finely chopped carrots, capsicum and cabbage and fry on high flame for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until lightly crunchy.  Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the vegetables and mix them.


 Once the vegetables are cooked, add chaat masala and tomato sauce and mix everything well.  Spicy vegetables are also ready to make bhel.


 Take a big bowl to make bhel.  Break the fried noodles and add them.  After that add vegetables and mix well.  Add some green coriander to it.  Once everything is mixed well, the bhel is ready.  Remove the noodles bhel to a plate and garnish with green coriander.  Serve and eat the delicious bhel noodles.


 Vegetables you can have mushroom, baby corn or whatever you like as per your choice.


 If you like onion and garlic, you can add finely chopped 3-4 cloves of garlic to the oil before frying the vegetables.


 If you like spicy food you can also add red chili sauce or schezwan sauce.


 To make bhel, you can pre-fry the noodles and store them in an air tight container and use them whenever you want to make bhel.


 You can also garnish it by adding green onions.
