material 



 Rice - 1/4 cup/60 grams
 water
 Milk - 1 liter
 Butter - 1 tbsp
 Chopped almonds - 2 tbsp
 Cashew nuts - 2 to 3 tbsp
 Chironji - 1 tbsp
 Dry coconut - 2 tbsp
 Pistachios - 1 tbsp
 Draw saffron
 Sugar - 1/2 cup
 Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
 Raisins - 1 tbsp

How to make pudding




 To make kheer, take 1/4 cup of small rice, wash it well and soak it for 25 minutes.



 Put the cooker on gas, add 3-4 tbsp of water and spread it well.  Now add 1 liter of full-cream milk to the cooker and boil.



 • Place a pan on the gas side by side until the milk boils, add 1 tbsp of ghee and melt it.  When the ghee melts, add 2 tbsp chopped almonds, 2-3 tbsp chopped cashews, 1 tbsp chironji, 2 tbsp dry coconut and 1 tbsp pistachios and fry in ghee for a minute.  After a minute or so turn off the gas and remove all the dry fruits in a separate plate.



 Take a small bowl, pour 1 spoon of hot milk into the bowl, add saffron threads and mix well.

 Now add rice soaked in boiling milk and mix.  Add the roasted dry fruits (leave some dry fruits for garnishing) and mix well.  Now close the lid and cook on medium heat till one whistle.



 After one whistle cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.  After 2-3 minutes, switch off the gas and let the pressure release.  Now add 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and saffron milk, mix well and cook for a while.



 Once the sugar dissolves, fill two spoons of the pudding in a bowl and cool it.  When the pudding cools, grind it in a mixer jar and make a fine paste.  Add the prepared pudding paste, 1 tablespoon of raisins and cook for 2-3 minutes.



 After 2-3 minutes, switch off the gas and garnish it with roasted dry fruits.  Now your rice pudding is completely ready.
