- Gram flour - 1 cup (120 grams)
- Maida flour – 6 tablespoons (50 grams)
- Salt - a little less than 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli – 1/4 tsp
- Coriander
- Bread - 4 slices
- Pizza sauce - 1 tbsp
- Green sauce - 1 tbsp
- Capsicum - 2 tbsp, finely chopped

Method of making batter
Put 1 cup of chickpea flour and 6 spoons of maida flour in a bowl and add little water to make a smooth batter. Once the batter is done, add a little less than 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp red chillies and 1-2 tsp green coriander. Mix it well, the batter will be ready.

How to make a sandwich
Heat a pan on low flame. Apply some butter on it and spread it on the pan. Now dip the bread slices in the batter and coat them. Place it on the pan, coat the second slice in the same way and place it on the pan. Cover the pan and cook on low-medium heat for 3 minutes.
After the time is up, butter it, flip it over and spread pizza sauce on one slice and tomato sauce or green sauce on the other. Then spread finely chopped capsicum on the coated slices with pizza sauce.

Green Chilli – 1 finely chopped
Green capsicum – 1 chopped
Red capsicum – 1 chopped
Green coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Bread Slice - 4
Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (shredded)
Chilli Flakes - 1 tbsp
Method of making
In a small bowl add 2-3 tbsp butter, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp finely chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp finely chopped red capsicum (if red capsicum is not available you can skip it) and 1 tbsp. Mix the green coriander and the mixture. If you are using unsalted butter, add salt to taste.
Now lightly toast 4 bread slices on one side in a pan. Remember, don't overcook the bread and cook it on one side only. Cheese Chili Toast becomes crispy if the bread is toasted on one side. Now place the slices in a plate and apply the prepared butter mixture on the grilled side. After applying the mixture, spread the mozzarella cheese over it. Remember, don't put too much cheese on the edges of the bread as the cheese will melt and spread. After this add some chili flakes, you can add more or less as per your preference.
Now put 1 tbsp of butter in the pan, put the bread and cover it and cook it. After cooking on low flame for 5 minutes, when the cheese is completely melted, take it out.
