Ingredients for Vegetable Vermicelli

Green capsicum1 medium size
Cabbage1/2 cup
Tomato2 (small)
Curry leaves6-7
Red chilli powder1 tsp or as per taste

Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Oil1/4 cup
Water2 cups
Green chilli1 (large)

  • In a pan heat oil, add peanuts and vermicelli. Roast it till vermicelli turns golden brown. Keep vermicelli and peanuts aside.
