Today’s recipe is ‘Crispy Tilapia Fish Fry’. This is my first fish recipe on the blog. It is an easy starter dish. You can choose any fish variety for this recipe, I have used tilapia fish. Enjoy fish fry with any chutney of your choice along with onion and lemon. Fish fry can also be served as side dish with dal rice or chapati.

Today’s recipe is ‘Falooda’. It is a cold beverage which can be served as a dessert also. It is perfect for summer season as it is full of very soothing ingredients. Falooda is made my ice cream (optional), milk flavoured with rose syrup, vermicelli noodles, sabja seeds (basil seeds), jelly pieces and dry fruits. There are many versions of falooda available all over the world, some uses kulfi or fruits chunks instead of ice cream scoop. Other name for this delicious summery dessert are faluda, faloodah.
Today’s recipe is ‘Moong Dal Samosa’. Samosa is a deep-fried or baked snack with savoury filling. In India, you will get variety of samosa. This one which I am sharing today with you all is spiced moong dal and onion filling one. I am using samosa patti to prepare my samosa to reduce the difficulty level and time duration of the recipe.

This recipe can be served as a starter dish for any party at your home, or can enjoy it as a tea-time snack. I am sure your kids will love it. This way you can add veggies in your kid’s diet.

Today’s recipe is ‘Masala Cheese Maggi’. It is a quick and delicious Maggi recipe. Maggi is one of my childhood favorite, I prepare Maggi quite often during sehri/suhoor in the month of Ramadan. You can try it with any instant noodle. This recipe is an easy way to introduce veggies in your kids diet. Masala cheese Maggi can be served as breakfast dish. I have used capsicum, tomato, onion, green peas and green chillies in my recipe.
