Garlic bread tastes awesome with soup or pasta or noodles, one can try this menu list for their kid’s birthday party also. Homemade and freshly baked garlic bread is my favourite during the winter season. Garlic bread can also be enjoyed as an appetizer or tea-time snack.

Today’s recipe is ‘Falooda’. It is a cold beverage which can be served as a dessert also. It is perfect for summer season as it is full of very soothing ingredients. Falooda is made my ice cream (optional), milk flavoured with rose syrup, vermicelli noodles, sabja seeds (basil seeds), jelly pieces and dry fruits. There are many versions of falooda available all over the world, some uses kulfi or fruits chunks instead of ice cream scoop. Other name for this delicious summery dessert are faluda, faloodah.

This one is one of the easiest recipe of kofta, and I totally recommend it to you. This kofta recipe can be served as main course dish for lunch and dinner. Enjoy it with hot chapati, naan, paratha or jeera rice.
Poha Chivda is a very common festive season namkeen (snack). This namkeen or snack can be enjoyed with a cup of tea with family and friends. For this recipe I have used thick poha, you can also opt for thin poha. It is one of my favourite crispy and easy to prepare savoury snack. It is crispy, spicy, tangy and sweet snack.
