click For Spicy Vegetable Oats, you will need – oats, veggies of your choice, red and green chilli sauce, a dash of oil and red chilli flakes. For my recipe, I have used finely chopped cabbage, capsicum, tomato, green peas, green chillies, and carrot. You can try this same recipe with any veggies of your choice. If you love chicken, use shredded boneless chicken.

Ingredients for Spicy Vegetable Oats

Oats1 cup
Water2 cups or as required
Capasicum (chopped)1.5 tbsps
Cabbage (chopped)2 tbsps
Carrot (finely chopped)1 (small)
Potato (finely sliced)1 (small)
Green chillies (chopped)2 (medium) or as per taste
Tomato (chopped)1 (small)
Oil2 tsps
Red chilli sauce2 tsps
Green chilli sauce1 tsp
Soya sauce (optional)1 tsp or you can use salt as per taste
Red chilli flakes1/2 tsp

Method for Spicy Vegetable Oats

  • In a deep pan, heat oil.

  • Add chopped vegetables like carrots, cabbage, potato and capsicum. Stir-fry for few minutes.
