Method for Stuffed Bread Balls –

  • In a bowl, take boiled potatoes.
  • Add red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, crushed black pepper, crushed roasted cumin powder and mint leaves.

  • Next, add chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion and green chillies.

  • Mix everything nicely by mashing potatoes.

  • Start preparing potato mix balls of the same size. Keep them aside.

  • Now to prepare the outer coat of balls, cut the edges of bread slices.

  • Dip one slice of bread at a time in the bowl of water. (Do not keep it for a very long time.)

  • Squeeze slice carefully without breaking it.

  • Now keep the potato ball in the centre, and cover it with bread slices nicely.

  • Repeat above steps, for remaining balls too. One ball requires two slices of bread.

  • Heat oil.

  • Start deep-frying all the balls on medium flame.

  • Fry till crisp and golden brown.
  •  Remove balls on an absorbent paper. Fry remaining balls.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
