Soya Keema is a healthy soya granule and mix vegetable recipe. This dish is rich in protein and loaded with lots of other vitamins. You can serve it with hot chapati as a side dish during lunch and dinner. This recipe is the best way to add soya and veggies in your kid’s diet.
Soya Keema Recipe requires –
granules of soya, green capsicum, onion, tomato, green chillies, coriander leaves, oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, dry coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and allspice powder. Granules are boiled for 5-7 mins and then strain completely before using it in the recipe.
