Method for Soya Kebab – 

  • In a deep vessel, boil 1.5 cups soya granules/chunks till tender.

  • Keep it covered for a few mins.

  • Wash soya with cold water and squeeze extra water from the soya granules.

  • In a mixer, take soya granules, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. 

  • Remove the soya mix in a mixing bowl or plate. Add all-purpose flour/maida and corn flour. Mix well till soya mix is binding well. (If not binding, add more cornflour and maida.)

  • Now, add red chili powder, salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and garam masala. Mix well.

  • Add chopped coriander leaves in the mix. 

  • Start preparing equal size kebab from the mix.

  • Heat oil.
  • Start deep-frying kebabs in batches on medium to low flame. 

  • Remove kebabs and serve it hot with any chutney/ketchup of your choice.
