Soya Kebab Recipe requires –
granules/nuggets of soya, corn flour, all-purpose flour/maida, green chilies, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves. For this recipe, you can take either soya granules or chunks, boil them, then in a mixer pulse it with all the vegetables. Next, in the soya and vegetable mix, add cornflour, maida and few spices are added. The last step is to make kebab and deep-fry crispy kebab on medium to low flame.
