Method for Schezwan Cheese Bread Roll –

  • Take the bread slice. 

  • Roll them flat with the rolling pin.

  • Cut the edges of the flattened bread slice. 

  • Apply schezwan sauce on the slice. Keep it aside. 

  • Take the next slice and repeat the same process to flatten the bread slice. 

  • On the second slice, apply green chutney. Keep this slice also aside. 

  • Take the third slice and repeat the same process to flatten it.

  • Now assemble all the slice by keeping one slice over other. Next, keep a cheese slice on the top. 

  • Place this sandwich over a silver/aluminum foil. 

  • Roll it carefully. keep it aside for 5 mins.

  • Heat the Tawa, apply butter. 

  • Remove foil.

  • Shallow fry till crispy and golden brown from all the sides.

  • Repeat the same procedure with the rest of the bread slices. 

  • Serve it hot with ketchup of your choice.
