Schezwan Cheese Bread Roll is a three-layered snack recipe of bread. You can prepare it with bread slices, which are then stuffed with schezwan sauce, green coriander chutney, and cheese. Serve it with ketchup and enjoy during tea time or breakfast.
A few days back when I went to one of my Aunt’s place, she served us these rolls, this her recipe which she happily shared with me. So here is the recipe for all of you. You can also make rolls in advance and keep it in the refrigerator to use them the next day.
For Schezwan Cheese Bread Roll, you will need –
bread slices, cheese slices, schezwan sauce, green coriander chutney, and butter. You can always change stuffing if you want and keep the process the same. A few other options of stuffing are grated paneer or chicken or pizza sauce.
