Papdi Chaat – Rajasthani Style is a chaat recipe which is prepared using papdi which is triangle/samosa shaped and easily available in Rajasthan. It is a perfect summer recipe which is easy to prepare.

Instructions
Preparation required for chaat
  1. Soak chickpeas for at least eight hours or overnight.
  2. Boil chickpeas and potatoes. Keep them aside and let them cool.
  3. Beat curd. Keep green chutney and tamarind chutney ready.
  4. Finely chop green chillies, onion, tomato and green coriander.
Method for chaat
  1. In a serving plate/bowl, crush papdis.
  2. Top the crushed papdis with boiled potato and chickpeas.
  3. Pour curd over the papdi, chickpeas and potatoes.
  4. Next, top up both the chutneys over curd and papdi as required.
  5. Top chaat with chopped green chillies, tomato and onion.
  6. Sprinkle all the dry spices and sev over the chaat.
  7. Garnish chaat with coriander leaves and serve immediately.
