spinach bunch, boiled eggs, few whole and ground spices, onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger and tomato. To prepare this dish you need to first boil eggs and spinach separately. Then make a puree of boiled spinach, saute the spinach puree. Lastly, add boiled eggs in the perfectly cooked spinach gravy.
