Today’s recipe is ‘Nimbu ka Sharbat’. If you want to prepare nimbu ka sharbat at home and enjoy it for a long time, then this recipe is for you. For this recipe, you need no artificial preservative or colour. It is an easy two ingredients sharbat recipe.
For Nimbu ka Sharbat, you will require –
Lemon and sugar. The best part is you can adjust the quantity of both ingredients according to your preferred taste and size of the glass bottle you are using. Please use glass bottles only to store this concentrate. One more important step which is required is to keep the glass bottle in a bowl/vessel of lukewarm water. It is a compulsory step to dissolve sugar completely in the lemon juice.
You can store nimbu ka sharbat for three-four months easily. While serving pour 2-3 tbsps sharbat or as required in the serving glass, add black salt, ice cubes and water. Mix well, serve chilled nimbu ka sharbat to your guests. Use fresh and juicy lemon to prepare nimbu ka sharbat. Use clean and dry glass bottle to store your sharbat/concentrate.
