Today’s recipe is ‘Mumbai Style – Kala Chana Chaat’. It is one of my favorite chaat recipes. You will find it near most of the public family places like gardens or chowpati or Marine drive in Mumbai.
For this Mumbai Style – Kala Chana Chaat, you will require –
kala chana, onion, tomato, green chilies, chaat masala, red chili powder, and salt. It is a healthy recipe, with very less oil required. You need some cooking for this chana. It tastes equally good with both the chana, green and black.
