Method for Masala Bhindi Recipe – 

  • Wash and dry bhindi. Cut both the ends of all your bhindi. 
  • Make a lengthwise slit in the bhindi without cutting it into two. Keep them aside.

  • In a mixing bowl, take crushed garlic. 
  • Add all the spices i.e. red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder. 

  • Add 1 tbsp water in the masala mix. 

  • Mix everything well. Stuffing for the bhindi is ready.

  • Start stuffing bhindi with the above masala one by one. Keep aside.

  • In a non-stick pan, heat oil. 

  • Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, let it crackle. 

  • Next, place the stuffed bhindis in the pan. 

  • Cover the pan, cook for 3-4 mins on low flame. 

  • Flip the bhindi, cover again. Keep tossing the bhindi after every 3-4 minutes and let it cook till bhindi tender.

  • Serve hot!
