Masala Bhindi – It is a stuffed okra/lady finger dish which can be served as a side dish with chapati for lunch and dinner.

Method for Masala Bhindi Recipe –
Wash and dry bhindi. Cut both the ends of all your bhindi.
Make a lengthwise slit in the bhindi without cutting it into two. Keep them aside.
In a mixing bowl, take crushed garlic.
Add all the spices i.e. red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
Add 1 tbsp water in the masala mix.
Mix everything well. Stuffing for the bhindi is ready.
Start stuffing bhindi with the above masala one by one. Keep aside.
In a non-stick pan, heat oil.
Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, let it crackle.
Next, place the stuffed bhindis in the pan.
Cover the pan, cook for 3-4 mins on low flame.
Flip the bhindi, cover again. Keep tossing the bhindi after every 3-4 minutes and let it cook till bhindi tender.
