Today’s recipe is ‘Lamb Pulao’. Who doesn’t like Pulao? It is one of my favourite rice dish. This pulao as the name suggests is prepared from lamb meat. This is my mother’s recipe, which is very simple and delicious. When planning a large spread of non veg, do add this pulao recipe in it.
For Lamb Pulao, you will require –
Lamb meat, onion, tomato, curd, green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste, oil, and spices. You do not need to prepare yakhni for this recipe. There are many pulao recipes available, this one is my mother’s easiest recipe of pulao. For this recipe, you first cook lamb in a pressure cooker. Then the rice and lamb pieces are cooked in seasoned lamb stock.
