Today’s recipe is ‘Kadhai Paneer’. It is a semi-dry paneer preparation which can be served as a main course dish along with paratha/roomali roti/chapati. It is a quick and easy paneer recipe which is can be added to the casual as well as party lunch/dinner menu.
For this recipe, you will need – paneer, capsicum, yoghurt, tomatoes, ginger, garlic and few spices. I have cut paneer into thin strips/ cubes and capsicums in thin strips/juliennes. For this recipe, I have used capsicum of all three colours, you can use green capsicum only.
