In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour/atta, spring onion, green chili-ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, garam masala, chaat masala, and chopped coriander leaves.
Mix well. Knead a soft dough using water.
When a soft dough is ready, add 1 tbsp oil and knead again. Keep aside for 5-10 minutes, let the dough rest for a while.
Start preparing balls out of dough.
Take one ball at a time, start preparing paratha from the dough.
Heat a non-stick pan/tawa. Keep it on high flame.
Place paratha on the tawa.
When paratha is cooked partially from one side flip it on another side. At this stage spread oil/ghee/butter on the partially cooked side. Flip again and cook it fully this time.
Spread oil/ghee/butter on the other side too and let the paratha cook till dark brown small spots start appearing on it.
