Method for Gur Ki Chai | Jaggery Tea Recipe

  • Heat 1 cup water in a deep vessel.

  • Add tea leaves in hot water.

  • When tea leaves start releasing a beautiful brown colour, add cardamom and grated ginger in it.

  • Let the tea water boil for 3-4 mins.

  • When the tea concoction is ready, pour 1 cup milk in it.

  • Give it a nice boil, when the tea is ready switch off the flame.

  • Lastly, add grated jaggery in the tea. Stir well.

  • Strain tea in cups.

  • Serve immediately.
