Today’s recipe is ‘Garlic Yogurt Spicy Dip’. It is one easy and healthy dip recipe which requires only three ingredients. You can enjoy your snacks or parathas with it. It requires few minutes to prepare. I love raw garlic taste in any dish, so if you also love garlic flavour like me then do give it a try.

Ingredients for Garlic Yogurt Spicy Dip –
Garlic cloves, curd/ yoghurt, red chilli flakes, and salt. To give it a reddish colour, add deggi red chilli powder to the dip. This is one healthy dip recipe which requires no mayonnaise. We enjoyed it with pakoras, samosa and sandwiches. You can prepare this dip in 5-7 mins, and no prior preparation is needed for it. If you want you can store it for a day or two in the refrigerator.

Method for Garlic Yogurt Spicy Dip -
- Wash and crush garlic in mortar and pestle.
- In a bowl, add curd, whisk it smooth.
- To the curd add crushed garlic, red chilli flakes and salt.
- Mix well.
- Serve immediately with any snack of your choice.
