Method for Frittata -

  • In a mixing bowl, break four eggs.

  • Add red chilli powder, salt, crushed black pepper and oregano in the eggs.

  • In the bowl, add grated cheese and beat eggs mixture vigorously. Keep this mixture aside.

  • In a deep pan, heat butter and oil.

  • Stir-fry all the vegetables.

  • Pour egg mixture on the vegetables.

  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium-low flame.

  • Remove the lid, and carefully flip the frittata. Cook again for 3-4 mins.

  • Garnish frittata with grated cheese and serve hot.
