Method for Deviled Eggs –

  • Hard boil eggs. 
  • Remove from shell carefully, cut eggs in two equal halves. 

  • Gently remove egg yolk from the eggs in a bowl.

  • Add mayonnaise and mustard paste in the bowl.

  • Add all the dry spices and veggies in the bowl.

  • Mix well to form a paste of egg yolk and all the ingredients.

  • In a piping bag, add the egg paste. (This step is optional, you can skip it and directly stuff the egg with the help of a spoon.)

  • With the help of a piping bag, again fill the egg white. 

  • Garnish with coriander leaves and paprika powder. Serve immediately!
