Method for Crispy Corn -

  • In a large vessel boil water.

  • When water starts boiling, add salt and sweet corn.

  • When corns are par-boiled, strain it.

  • In the hot sweet corns add corn flour and coat corns nicely.

  • Heat oil and start deep-frying corns until crispy.

  • Remove corns on an absorbent paper.

  • Fry all the corns crisp in small batches.

  • In a small bowl, mix well all dry ingredients roasted cumin powder, salt, red chilli powder and chaat masala.

  • In a large bowl transfer fried corn and sprinkle above spices mix over fried corn. Squeeze juice of half lemon. Mix well.

  • Garnish crispy corn with spring onion greens.

  • Serve hot!
