Today’s recipe is ‘Chivda Matar Recipe’. This healthy snack is my favourite and very popular snack made in Bihar. Today I am sharing a chivda style snack from Bihar. This snack could be enjoyed during the winter season at tea-time. It is a winter snack as it is prepared from fresh green peas. Chivda Matar is a very easy recipe made from few ingredients.

Ingredients required for Chura Matar Recipe –

thick poha (thin poha), green peas, onion, green chilli, and salt. If thick poha is not available with you can use thin poha also. In this recipe, you first fry poha with little quantity of oil and make it crispy. Then cook onion, green peas, and green chillies. When onion, peas and chillies are ready, add salt and crispy poha.
