Method for Chicken Cheese Macaroni Rolls – 

  • Boil macaroni. 

  • Boil the boneless chicken with few garlic cloves and 1/2 tsp salt. Shred the boiled chicken. 

  • Fine chop capsicum, mint, and green coriander leaves. 

  • In a mixing bowl, take shredded chicken, boiled potato, grated cheese, macaroni, vegetables, sauces, and spices. 

 

  • Mix everything well.

  • Prepare equal size rolls.

  • Freeze it for 30 mins.

  • In a deep vessel, heat oil.
  • Crack an egg, add crushed black peppercorn and salt in it. Mix it.

  • Coat each roll in egg first and then in breadcrumbs. 

 

  • Deep-fry rolls till golden brown and crisp. 

  • Serve hot with ketchup/chutney/dip.
