Today’s recipe is ‘Cheese Paratha’. One of my favourite paratha which is loaded with cheese. Cheese makes everything better – that’s my philosophy. 😀 Paratha in North India is part of breakfast in many households. Serve this particular variant with ketchup or schezwan chutney/sauce. It can be packed in your lunchbox as well. It is a very easy and quick recipe.
For Cheese Paratha, you will require –
mozzarella cheese or regular plain cheese or cheddar cheese, wheat flour, green chillies, black pepper, salt, chaat masala, green coriander, oil and water. First, prepare a dough and roll out a paratha. Then stuff it with cheese stuffing. Cook it just like any paratha recipe. Serve it hot with ketchup or chutney or raita or koshimbir.
