Method for Cheeni Ka Paratha | Sugar Paratha Recipe |Meetha Paratha –
Knead a soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Divide it into two equal portions.
Prepare a ball out of one portion, flatten it and dust with flour.
Prepare a round chapati from it.
On top surface, apply ghee generously.
Sprinkle sugar on the ghee layer, 1.5 tbsp or as per taste.
Fold it from all side, and make a paratha from it.
Heat tawa/girddle/skillet, palce paratha on it.
Let it partially cook from one side.
Flip it and apply ghee, cook from both sides till crisp.
Repeat same steps for remaining dough.
