Method for Baked Masala Potato Wedges –

  • Wash and cut potato in the wedge shape.

  • In a deep vessel, heat water and salt, add wedges and boil potato wedges till 1/3rd done.

  • Strain and let the wedges air or towel dry.

  • In a mixing bowl, take oil, chaat masala, salt, mixed herbs, garlic powder and red chilli flakes.

  • Mix well.

  • In the dressing, add potato wedges, coat well.

  • In a baking tray spread all the wedges.

  • In a pre-heated oven, bake wedges first for 10 mins t 180 C and at 200 C till crispy and golden brown.

  • Serve hot with ketchup or mayonnaise.
