|Coriander seeds / whole coriander seeds||6 tbsp|
|Cumin seeds/Jeera||4 tbsp|
|Anar dana / Pomegranate seeds (dried)||3 tbsp|
|Black peppercorn||2 tbsp|
Procedure for Punjabi Chole Masala Powder
- Dry roast all the spices together in a pan.
- Let everything cool down completely.
- Grind all spices in a smooth powder. Do not sieve. Let masala powder cool completely.
- Your flavourful chole masala powder is ready. Store powder in an air tight container. Use this masala powder to cook chole masala.
