|Mint leaves (chopped)||2 tsps|
|Coriander leaves (chopped)||2 tsps|
|Red chilli powder||1 tsp or as per taste|
|Salt||as per taste|
|Carrom seeds||1/2 tsp|
|Cumin seeds||1/2 tsp|
|Black pepper powder||1/2 tsp or as per taste|
|Garlic powder (optional)||1/2 tsp|
|Water||for batter of coating consistency|
Method for Paneer Pakora
- Cut paneer into the slices of your thickness.
- In a mixing bowl, take gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, black salt, carom seeds, green chillies, chopped mint leaves, chopped coriander leaves, garam masala, garlic powder/crushed garlic and baking soda.
- Add water and prepare a coating consistency batter.
- Heat oil in a deep vessel.
- Dip and coat each slice with batter.
- Deep fry pakora, in small batches on a medium flame.
- Remove on an absorbent paper.
- Fry all the pakoras in small batches.
- Serve hot with ketchup/chutney.
