Procedure for Macaroni Chaat

  • Boil macaroni following directions written on the packet.
  • If you are using salted water to boil your macaroni then adjust salt quantity accordingly for chaat.

      Yes we can, all you need to do is prepare a batter with gramflour, rice flour, red chillies, baking soda, and salt. Batter should be of medium consistency.
      Heat oil in a deep pan. Use a perforated spoon (one which we use in kitchen, when we deep fry something) and pour batter on it. Let this batter drop in the hot oil directly in droplets form (boondi shaped). Repeat this step till you have sufficient amount of batter droplets in the pan.Deep fry it till it is golden yellow in color. Transfer it on a plate, your boondi is ready. 🙂
