Ingredients for Honey Chilli Potato

Potato
(cut in strips)
2 (Large)
Capsicum (cut in cubes)2 (medium)
Spring onions (Onion cut in cubes)2
Green chillies3-4 (small)
Garlic (finely chopped)2 tsps
Green chilli sauce1 tsp
Red chilli sauce2 tsps
Tomato ketchup2 tsps
Soya sauce1/2 tbsp
Vinegar1 tsp
Corn flour2-3 tsp for coating potato strips
For corn flour slurry 2 tsp mix with water.
Sesame seeds1 tsp
Honey1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes1 tsp or as per taste
Black pepper powder1/2 tsp or as per taste
Salt1/2 tsp or as per taste
Oil-as required for deep-frying
- 2 tbsps for gravy
Wateras required for boiling strips

Method for Honey Chilli Potato

  • Wash and peel potatoes.
