Dry yeast/ ड्राई यीस्ट 2 tsps
Sugar/शक्कर 1 tsp
Salt/नमक 1/2 tsp
Luke warm water/गुनगुना गरम पानी 1/2 cup
Water/पानी as required for kneading dough

Oil/तेल 1 Tbsp
Butter/बटर 2.5 Tbsp (melted/पिघला )
Red chilli flakes/चिल्ली फ्लैक्स 1/2 tsp or as required
(आवश्यकता अनुसार)
Dry oregano / सूखा ऑरेगैनो 1 tsp
Garlic / लहसुन 5-6 cloves (crushed/कुटा हुआ )

Method for Homemade Garlic Bread

  • एक छोटे बाउल में ड्राई यीस्ट, शक्कर, और नमक लें। बाउल में गुनगुना पानी मिलाएं। यीस्ट को एक्टिवेट होने दें। यीस्ट एक्टिवटे हो गया हे, ये जानने के लिए देखें क्या यीस्ट पूरी तरह घुल गयी हे,और पानी में बुलबुले बन रहे हैं, बुलबुले एक्टिव होने का इशारा हे।

  • एक मिक्सिंग बाउल में, मैदा लें।

  • बाउल में तेल और यीस्ट, शक्कर, और पानी का घोल मिला लें।

  • सारी सामग्री मिला के आटा गूँथ लें।

  • आटे को थोड़ी देर अलग रख दें। दो से तीन घंटे बाद आटे को देखें, अगर वो दुगुना हो गया हो तो वो तैयार हे।

  • जब आटा तैयार हो जाये, तो सूखे आटे की मदद से एक मोटी रोटी बनाएं। रोटी की मोटाई १/२ इंच की रखें.  (ये रोटी आप उँगलियों से या फिर बेलन से बनाएं। )
