Today’s recipe is ‘Dahi Papdi Chaat’. Chaat in India is one of the most common and popular street food in India. I have shared many varieties of chaat on my blog. Here is one more recipe of chaat for you, papdi chaat. It is very delicious and easy to prepare chaat. Dahi and papdi combination is an integral part of many chaat recipes, so let’s prepare something in which both are playing the main role instead of side role :D.

For this recipe, you will need – papdi (fried flour crackers), dahi/curd/yogurt, boiled potatoes, tomato, onion, chutney, and few spices. If you do not want to use potatoes, you can choose other options like boiled chana or chickpeas, sprouted moong or plain boondi.
Other chaats and bhel puri recipes which you can also try are – Delhi Style Aloo Chaat (Street food special), Corn Chaat (Quick sweetcorn chaat recipe), Kala Chana Chaat (How to make spicy tangy whole bengal gram), Mixed Fruit Chaat (bowl full of flavours), Macaroni Chaat (Pasta/macaroni in yogurt), Dilli Style Aloo Chaat (Tangy potatoes), Bhel Puri (Mumbai Bhel Puri / Spicy Puffed Rice), Pani Puri (Gol Gappa or Puchkas, homemade pani).
