Chilli Garlic Potato Bites

You can prepare bites in advance and can freeze them to use later. I would recommend to finish it in two days as my recipe includes chopped onion in it.

  5. Hi,

I love the ones from MC Cain but I would love to try these at home.
I am living away from home and I do not have a fridge. Can we fry them without freezing?
Secondly, corn flour not easily available. Any alternative? Wheat flour?

      Hey Deepika !
Welcome to Rasoi Recipe family. 🙂
You can replace cornflour with all purpose flour (maida). We freeze rolls so that bites do not break when we fry them. First fry one or two pieces, if all goes well fry all of them. If they starts breaking, coat them with bread crumbs or all purpse and water thin paste. I hope I have answered all your questions. 🙂
Do let me know our feedback. 🙂
