Chicken Omelette Recipe (Fluffy Stuffed omelette)

Chicken Omelette recipe is an egg recipe in which stuffing is of marinated chicken cubes. It is an easy and quick recipe. Chicken omelette can be served as  a breakfast recipe or as a mid meal option. This will give you a nice change from your usual omelette recipe.

To give this same recipe a continental touch, you can skip coriander leaves and add cheese. If you do not eat chicken, then go for chopped mushroom cubes.

Ingredients for Chicken Omelette Recipe

For omelette-
Egg (अण्डे )3
Coriander leaves /हरा धनिया (chopped)2 tsp
Green chilli / हरी मिर्च 1
Black peppercorn / काली मिर्च (crushed)1/4 tsp
Salt / नमक 1/4 tsp or as per taste
Oil/ghee/butter1 tbsp or as needed for omelette
For stuffing -
Chicken breast / चिकन (cubes)1-2 or 100 gms
Black peppercorn / काली मिर्च (crushed)1/4 tsp
Salt / नमक 1/4 tsp
Tomato / टमाटर (chopped)1
Coriander leaves /हरा धनिया (chopped)1/2 tsp
Green chilli / हरी मिर्च 1/2 tsp

Method for Chicken Omelette Recipe

  • Wash and cut boneless chicken in small cubes.
  • Marinate chicken cubes with crushed black peppercorns and salt for 5 mins.
  • In a non-stick pan stir fry chicken cubes till they turn from pink to white.

  • In a mixing bowl crack the eggs, salt, crushed black peppercorns, chopped coriander, and green chillies.

  • Beat everything uniformly.

  • In a non-stick heat oil or butter or clarified butter (ghee) on a low heat.
  • Add the egg mix and spread it evenly. When the omelette starts cooking but its top layer is still raw, sprinkle fried chicken cubes, chopped tomato, green chillies and coriander.

  • With the help of spatula, fold omelette over in half.

  • When it is cooked from both the side in golden color. It is ready to serve.

  • Serve it hot with ketchup.

चिकन ऑमलेट बनाने की विधि –

  • चिकन को अच्छी तरह से धो के छोटे क्यूब्स में काट लें।
  • मॅरिनेट करने के लिए  चिकन को नमक और कूटी काली मिर्च अच्छे से मिलायें ।
  • नॉन-स्टिक पैन में तेल गरम कर के, तेज़ आंच पे तब तक पकाएं जब तक चिकन गुलाबी से सफ़ेद रंग का हो जाये।

  • एक मिक्सिंग बाउल में अण्डे, धनिया पत्ती, हरी मिर्च, नमक और कूटी काली मिर्च डाल के अच्छे से फेंट लें।

  • एक नॉन-स्टिक में तेल/घी/बटर डाल के गरम कर लें।
  • पैन में अण्डों के मिक्षरण को डाल के अच्छे से फेला लें।

  • ऑमलेट की ऊपरी सतह पकने से पहले, फ्राइड चिकन, धनिया पत्ती, हरी मिर्च और टमाटर डाल लें।

  • ऑमलेट को फोल्ड करें, और दोनों तरफ से सुनहरा होने तक पकायें।

  • गरमा गरम ऑमलेट केचप के साथ परोसें।
