Ingredients for Bhuna Keema

Keema / Minced meat500 gms
Oil3 Tbsp
Onion (chopped)3
Red chilli powder2 tsp
Coriander powder3 tsp
Salt1.5 tsp or as per taste
Turmeric powder1/2 tsp
Cloves3-4
Black peppercorn6-7
Bay leaf2
Ginger-garlic paste2 tsp
All spice powder1/2 tsp or as per taste

Method for Bhuna Keema

  • In a pressure cooker, heat oil.
